Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on products once they have been purchased, opened, or used.

The only exception is if the product you received arrives damaged or defective.

If this occurs, please contact our customer service team at help@dimenailsupply.store within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo/video of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.
